What is a verification of competency (VOC)?

A verification of competency, or VOC, confirms that a worker can safely and correctly perform a specific task, operate plant or apply a procedure. It checks current capability on site rather than relying on a ticket or certificate alone. We build the VOC frameworks, checklists and assessment tools that let your supervisors and assessors verify competency consistently across your workforce.

Are you a registered training organisation (RTO) that issues nationally recognised qualifications?

No. Robust HSEQ is not an RTO and we do not issue nationally recognised qualifications or units of competency. We design the systems around your training: competency frameworks, VOC processes, training matrices, induction content, assessment tools and registers. Where formal qualifications are required, we help you map them and work alongside your chosen RTO.
